Known today as “The Müritzfischer” label, it is the largest freshwater fishery in Germany with its modern manufacture and fish farming technologies. Thereby the tourist sector become more important within the company.
Müritz Fish Days
Every year in the time from the end of September till the middle of October the Müritz Fish Days take place. This biggest culinary event of Mecklenburg-West Pomerania is organised by the Müritzfischer.
