Vendace Caviar
From the table silver to the gold of the lake
Vendace caviar is fine excluding delicacy. It is achieved in December, in the time the vendace has its spawning season.
The Vendace caviar is gold to orange coloured, fine-grained and firm. It has a pleasant nutty flavor and is vitamin packed (D, E, B12, Niacin as well as iodine and sodium).
The Vendace caviar can be formed well. Its delicate flavor and interesting optics made it perfect for the upper-class gastronomy.
Boat hire
Boat rental - a service especially for anglers
Our boats are free of driving licence, they have a fish box and a 5-HP engine. The boat rental offer is extending constantly.
Moreover, we rent echosounders at our fisher yards in Eldenburg, Malchow, Vipperow and Röbel. So you can search for fishing spots even more successful.
In addition you have the possibility to let your own boat in the water. At the same time you can use our possibilities for moorings (prices on inquiry).

Müritz Fish Days...
Enjoy fish in its variety
Every year in the time from the end of September till the middle of October the Müritz Fish Days take place. This biggest culinary event of Mecklenburg-West Pomerania is organised by the Müritzfischer.
In teamwork with many partners the tourist season should be extended in our region and the guests should enjoy during the Müritz Fish Days something special.
Moreover, the regionality of the fish dishes is gist of the Müritz Fisch Days.

Our top waters, the Müritz and the Kölpinsee, are known for big pike and big perch. Both lakes are believed to be an insiders' tip. However, about 13,500 ha of water surface are too much at once for a guest to explore successful spots.
We know where the fish is and how you can catch it best of all. Our employees, experienced fishermen and anglers, guide you to the fish - directly and without secretiveness.
Long-term moorings in Plau am See

From April 2013 there are approx. 30 moorings in the harbour of Plau am See. Long-term moorings will be prefered. The remaining moorings are booked for the owner-occupation and for guests of the day. Electricity and water at the payment pillar, WC, shower etc. - from May, 2013. The expected completion of the harbour is planned for August, 2012.
